NWS Wilmington NC will be hosting an Open House on November 4th, 2023 - Our first in almost 30 years! Please join us from 10am - 2pm for:

Outdoor booths & activities (no ticket required)
- Various partners in attendance: WWAY, WECT, NC Sea Grant, Wrightsville Beach Ocean Rescue, New Hanover County Emergency Management & UNCW CORMP.
- Kid-friendly activities
- Raffles
Tour through the NWS Wilmington office (reservation required for each attendee)
- Presentations on the forecast process, tornado warning program, climate & weather history, and NWS equipment.

Restrictions

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your tour time. Feel free to stay after the tour and check out the outdoor tables and activities that will be available!

No food or drink will be available at the Open House.

No Drugs, Weapons, Alcohol, Backpacks, Briefcases or Smoking Allowed on Premises.
No Pets Allowed. Service Animals Permitted.
Attendees and Personal Belongings Subject to Search.
